The people mentioned in this link should be removed from your site "hot or not". You really should have a better screening process. From what I gather, people are supposed to post thier own pictures not other peoples pictures.
I feel like an ass asking you this question on your personal journal, but I'm a little desperate at the moment. :/ I'm wanting to start up a rating site similar to your own with a best of and worst of page, only instead of pictures I want to do short video clips of people singing. Anyhoo, that's it in a nutshell. I've gotten a couple of quotes so far and they're all in the $9,000 range. I was wondering how much it cost to start up hotornot.com and if the popularity gained quickly. I'm going to attempt to write a business plan for grant people and possibly (??) sponsors. I would like to include your info to build my case a little bit. :) I would appreciate any advice or info you could give me. They don't make this kind of information on how to get started readily available. A good idea isn't enough. Again, I'm sorry for bugging you on your personal journal.
